"Bristol? That is a fine place to live. My Cousin Alessandro and his family live there. Did you like it there?" he asked politely, seeing she was sleepy. He didn't want to keep her much longer. Then when she scooted closer to him, he smiled and wrapped his arm around her, pulling her a little closer than she already was.

Syrina smiled when he pulled her closer. I really don't remember. Living here has clouded that part of my past that and my stupid hatred for my parents." she chirped, disappointment weaved within her voice. She smiled when she heard he had family that lived in Bristol, "Did you ever visit Bristol?"

"Did you ever visit Bristol?" Giovanni nodded and replied "Yeah. More than once actually. I rather enjoyed it, the people were nicer to me than here in the States. And that's too bad. I don't think anyone should have to forget their childhood." Giovanni raised his head and saw where Syrina was situated, and then perhaps out of habit or maybe it was just an urge, regardless, he pulled her right next to him.

Syrina looked at him for a moment before looking away. It felt weird to be so close to someone but, yet it felt so right. She looked at him once again before standing up... more like shot up. "I forced myself to forget." she said, her eyes flickering in the light. Her back faced him, she was a little confused on what she was getting into.

Giovanni groaned and slowly leaned his head back against the wall, closing his eyes he replied "I'm sorry. Feel free to leave if you want. I apologize." Then he opened his eyes and just stared at the ceiling.

Syrina looked at him over her shoulder. What are you doing? she asked herself, not wanting to leave him. She turned completely around, "No, I am sorry. I am just a little..." She had cut herself off because, she didn't know what to say.

Giovanni lowered his head and faced her while she stared at him over her shoulder, and replied "No need to apologize. It was I who was out of line. Please sit down if you wish." Then he picked up his drink and took another sip from it before placing it back on the table.

Syrina gave a weak smile and sat back down. "Is there anything else you'd like to know about me?" she questioned in a slightly upbeat tone. She grabbed her drink and took a sip, feeling it shouldn't go to waste. Plus, it gave her something to do beside staring at him.

Giovanni smiled when she sat back down, and then replied "Well, I would just like to apologize for what I did." Then he sat up and placing his elbows on his knees replied "So what made you continue to dance?"

"If you saw me anywhere else but here, you'd see why. You didn't do anything wrong, no apologies are needed." she said, smiling. She could dance anything out there and she was at least half decent. She looked at the glasses on the table, "Do you dance?"
** will be longer next time.

Giovanni smiled and replied "Well, I try. I don't think I'm the greatest, but at least I try right?" He finished with a shrug and smile. But then he stood up and ran his hand through his hair, and then walked over to one of the guards who left the room to carry out his orders. Giovanni sat back down and looking at Syrina said "But I am rather good at dancing the Tarantella."

Syrina watched as he talked to a guard and wondered what was said. "Trying is what really matters." she smiled, resting her hands in her lap. She listened to the silence build aside from the sound of them breathing. She yawned once again, this time she tried to hide it.

Giovanni sighed and then looked at Syrina, "So, if I were to ask you to dance would you?" Then Giovanni smiled and said "Of course not. You barely know me, and besides, I'm sure you danced enough for a lifetime." Then Giovanni saw Syrina try to hide her yawn, and he smiled but didn't say anything. After all, she was free to leave at any moment, all she needed to do was ask.

Syrina smiled and looked around, "Wow... that was exactly what I wasn't going to say. I'd love to dance but, it should probably happen some other time." She said, stretching her arms. She looked at him, "Would you like to dance with me?" she asked, changing her about dancing at that moment.

"Would you like to dance with me?" Giovanni's smile grew broader and he replied "I would love to dance with you."
*Short, but next one will be longer.
