Syrina shrugged, "That really all depends on how often you are going to be stopping by this joint of your's." She smiled and leaned back into the couch, she really would like to go out but, life had other plans for her.

"That really all depends on how often you are going to be stopping by this joint of your's." Giovanni smiled and said "I will be here every night you are working, if that's okay with you?" Giovanni didn't want her to think him too obsessed or her to be creeped out by him. If she didn't want to date, he would respect her wishes. After all, someone this beautiful only enters your life once in a century. He didn't want to ruin it.

Syrina smiled, "Alright and I'll let you know about my opened nights when I get wind of them." She looked at him and then a yawn escaped from her lips. She looked away for a moment, "I think I am in need of a better sleeping schedule." She looked at him and noticed his drink was gone while her was still half full. "I don't drink very often." she admitted grabbing the drink and holding it up to eye level.

"I don't drink very often." Giovanni smiled when he saw her raise her glass to eye level and he replied "Neither do I quite frankly. It's just very recently, for some reason I have taken to a good Scotch." Then he shrugged and said happily "Good, because I would love to see you again. So what now? Are you ready to leave? Or do you wish to spend a little longer with me?" Giovanni hoped she would stay longer, but if she was tired he couldn't stop her.

Syrina smiled "I'll stay longer if it will make you happy." She seemed to like making people happy except for the average joes that sat grabbing at her when she danced. She looked down at her feet, her hair falling forward as she did. She brought her knees to her chest, resting her chin on top of them.

Giovanni smiled and said "Of course it will make me happy. So you never told me. Do you usually sit and talk with men like me?" then Giovanni saw her rest her head on her knees and he smiled again, she was still beautiful, even with her face partially hidden.

Syrina closed her eyes and just listened, speaking when needed. "No, it isn't a habit but, it seems to be turning into one." she said, remembering having a drink with one of his men earlier in the week. She spoke again, her voice softer, "Do you usually spend your nights drinking with beautiful girls?"

"Do you usually spend your nights drinking with beautiful girls?" Giovanni shrugged and replied "I had drinks with some girls before," then Giovanni added, trying to charm her "but none as beautiful as you." Then he motioned for one of his guards to bring him another Scotch. He leaned back in the sofa, and then he said with a small smile "I never did get a last name."

Closing her eyes was a bad move for Syrina, she was beginning to fall asleep. "It is Marc but, I thought you'd know that... I have been working her almost two years." she said, a tone of offense hidden among the words. She sighed, taking a deep breath afterward. "I am not that beautiful. I am sure I am just an average beauty." she said, not looking to be told different.

Giovanni felt angry with himself and he thought to himself, I should have known that. Then he smiled and said politely "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to make you upset or offend you, I just-" but what he was wasn't told, for he asked politely "Do you wish to lay down? I don't mind moving, I would much rather see you comfortable."

"No, if I lay down, I will fall asleep and there may be a chance that I won't wake up until the morning." she laughed. He didn't really offend her, she knew it was no doubt, hard to know the first name of your employees, let alone their last names too. "It is alright. You just... what?" she asked, resting her cheek on her knee now. She looked at him, waiting for an answer.

"It is alright. You just... what?" Giovanni shook his head and replied "I was just going to say that it was hard to remember every last name of my employees." Giovanni's drink came and he took a sip before placing it down on the table, then he smiled again and said "So Ms. Marc, have you always lived in New York?" He knew he was just making small talk now, but he didn't care.

"I was just going to say that it was hard to remember every last name of my employees." Syrina nodded, "I know. No, I've only lived here for ten years." Her british accent began to creep through, it usually did when she was tired. "I lived in the UK before that." she commented, watching him take a sip of his drink.

Giovanni nodded and asked "Where about in the UK?" then he leaned back further in his seat, and leaned his head against the wall.
*Short. Next one will be longer.

"Where about in the UK?" Syrina continued to watch him, "Bristol." She smiled and then sat back up, preventing herself from falling asleep. She scooted a bit closer to him, hoping he really wouldn't mind. She looked at the guards for a moment and then back to Giovanni.
