"Your turn to talk about yourself." Giovanni nodded and said "Well where shall I start? Well, I was born in a fishing village in Sicily called Castellammare del Golfo. My dad was a rather violent man, and my mother was caring and loving, which counteracted my father's harshness. But regardless, I loved my father and I love my mother. We came to America when I was seven, and I have lived in New York ever since. One of the first business I bought was this one here, and I haven't regretted it since. Especially since this is the business that hired you." Giovanni finished with a smile.

"...Especially since this is the business that hired you." Syrina smiled, "You're just saying that to make a girl blush." Even if he didn't say it to make her blush, it worked reguardless, her cheeks turned a light shade of pink. She took another sip of her drink, hoping it would pulled the extra color from her cheeks. "I must be beautiful in Sicily this time of year," she mumbled, placing the glass on the table in front of her.

"It must be beautiful in Sicily this time of year." Giovanni nodded and replied "It is. I haven't been back in ten years, but I remember it too well. My home village is right on the Mediterranean, so I always enjoyed the beach." "You're just saying that to make a girl blush." Giovanni smiled even broader and pulled Syrina closer to him, and he whispered "It is the truth. You are a very beautiful woman, but I'm sure you hear that alot."

Syrina smiled, "Amazingly no. I haven't heard in as often as a girl would like to hear it. Thanks for saying it." She leaned in a little closer and quickly gave him a kiss on the cheek, causing her cheeks to gain another shade of pink.
** next one will be longer.

Giovanni felt her kiss him, and he felt his cheeks grow hot. It was something that always happened to him as a child whenever he was around a pretty girl he liked, but this was the first time in over fifteen years that it happened to the twenty-seven year old. He looked at Syrina and said happily, "So what do you wish to do after college. I'm sure you don't want to dance in my club forever, even though I am tempted to make it so, just so I can see you everyday."

Syrina thought for a moment, I am not sure. At one point I wanted to travel and futher my photography experience but, money seems to be an issue for everything. You don't have to worry about me leaving this job anytime soon." She had been saving up but, she was going to have a hard time leaving for several months. She smiled again and leaned forward, resting her arms on her knees. She watched the light dance on the surface of her drink and the rim of the glass. "What interested you in buying a place like this?" she asked, her eyes still watching the light dancing.

"What interested you in buying a place like this?" Giovanni shrugged "I don't know. I thought it would be a good investment. Many men come here every day and claim to their wives to be working 'Overtime.' So why have them spend their money somewhere else? And that's good and bad about you staying here. Good that I can come and see you every day, but bad because you are not able to do what you want to do in life, because of money. But to be honest, I am just happy that I can come and see you every day." then Giovanni did something that suprised even him, he leaned forward and gave Syrina a kiss on the cheek.

Syrina's had shot up to her cheek as they grew to a light shade of red. "So what happens when I leave here?" she asked looking at him over her shoulder. Him watching her and her knowing it was going to affect how she teased and taunted the men who circled that stage she danced every night. She grabbed her drink and sat up, looking at him eye to eye.

"So what happens when I leave here?" Giovanni shrugged and replied "Well that depends. I guess once you leave I will never see you again. However, I hope that is not the case. I hope even if you leave I will still get to see you regardless."

Syrina smiled "Well that all depends on what I decide to do after leaving here." She took another drink, placing the glass back onto the table. when she leaned forward, her blond hair fell forward into her face. She looked at the light dancing again, "Have you ever noticed the light dances?" She looked at him from of her shoulder and behind her hair for a moment.

"Have you ever noticed the light dances?" Giovanni nodded and then replied "Yeah. Actually, I have. However most of the people I ask, say they can't see it. I suppose it's a gift." He added with a shrug and a dramatic sigh. Giovanni picked up his glass and took a drink, before replying "So, and I hope you don't mind me getting a little personal here, but have you ever been in a serious relationship?" Giovanni hoped he hadn't crossed the line, it appeared whenever he asked most of his dates that same question, they would get angry or offended and the date would usually end with him covered in whatever drink they had. He didn't know why they took that question so personal...

Syrina continued to watch the light, "No, not really. The most seriously relationship i have ever had lasted two weeks. I was seventeen and he ended it." She shook herself from the glass and looked at him, now sitting up. She brushed her hair back behind her ear. "Why do you ask?" she said in a quiet whisper, one she hadn't noticed herself.

Giovanni shrugged and said smoothly "I was hoping, maybe, if you wanted I could continue seeing you? Perhaps go out to a club or something. I mean if you want..." Giovanni ended by mumbling.

Syrina smiled but, only for a short moment, "I am afraid I can't really go out with anyone right now. Drinks after work would be alright but, that is pretty much all I can do at the time being." She couldn't afford to start staying out any later then normal and she really couldn't skip work either. Everything was on a routine and this routine could not get broken.

Giovanni frowned slightly but quickly regained it, and replied "Well then, how about drinks every time I stop by the club?" Giovanni picked his glass up again and drained it. He hoped that would be all right.
