Personality: Ilyo is cold and calculating, some say he does not have much of a personality. Contrary to that Ilyo is just more of a reserved person and rather buisness focused. A layed back type of guy Ilyo is straight to the point and not one for small talk. But when needed Ilyo's skill with acting allows him to conduct him self with differing persona's allowing him to fit into certain situations for certain jobs...
Appearence: Ilyo is a more "wattered" down Korean his father being American and his mother being korean there are very few korean aspects about him other than his somewhat tan skin, and his slightly slanted eyes. Ilyo has a long figure about 6 foot even, with a slim build. Ilyo has a short shag hair style not unlike alot of the adolesence within his home country of south korea. Ilyo wears mainly custom fit suits, his shirt either a blood red, white, or black dress suit with a black, or white jacket. Ilyo either wears Black, or red ties, depending on the shirt. Ilyo's pants are usaully black slacks, his shoes are most likely to be seen as penny loafers. On certain ocausions Ilyo will wear diffrent outfits but these are the most likely to be worn.
Background: Ilyo was born in the country of Korea, in 1987. Currently Korea was in civil war splitting into a democracy and communist nation. Ilyo was born in the center of this blood shed, this place being S. Gyeongsang. The off and on wars for freedom became an evreyday thing for Ilyo. With Ilyo's parents fighting for liberty Ilyo also found a desire to fight the dictateing goverment, and knew he would at some point in his life. Though Ilyo did not know how soon that would be. After ten years of off and on battles Ilyo whitnessed for the first time real War. Of course Ilyo had seen death, injury, screams of death, these things were second nature for him as natraul as hearing birds chirping in the woods. Though Ilyo had never seen a tactical strike such as what he did in the summer of 1997. the dicating goverment wished to wipe out the rebelion in the region for good. ten thousand troops were sent in that day commanded to kill any within the area... A sweep was to be conducted. This sweep would result in over 10,000 casualty loss, most of these being civilians. At this point most of the forces for the rebelion were gone including Ilyo's parents, in desperation any one willing to fight was allowed to. Even Ilyo was given a chance to avenge his mother and father. Ilyo had never fired a weapon but he spent the next week fireing at his wall, waiting for his chance to kill the supressers that killed his parents. The next few months battles raged, Ilyo had killed his first man... And had felt bullets rip through his skin. The feeling, was amazing to Ilyo, yet meloncholly. twoards the end of the year the U.S forces began helping in the area, givening the new korea a chance at democracy. This was the birth of South korea... And the birth of Phantom. The next few years were the begining of Ilyo's new life. After the war Ilyo was taken in by a group of gang members, nothing really organized. Just some people calling areas there territory and killing who ever said anything against it. Ilyo used the group to refine his shooting skills. After his 15th birthday Ilyo was promoted to the top advisor of the gang. Though this was not enough to satisfy Ilyo any longer, Ilyo had not challenge in this only bringing boredom to him. At sixteen Ilyo left the gang putting him self out there as a hit man. Starting out small Ilyo's fame grew. He became famous for makeing sure to leave nothing leading back to him or the client at the job site. Ilyo did this by watching his prey for weeks learning evrey daily routine. Allowing him to kill the person in public, makeing it seem like a random killing. This skill Ilyo used brought the name Phantom to him. From 2006 to 2009 Ilyo became one of the most sawt out assassin within Seoul (Korea's capitol city). Ilyo felt his work was begining to lose its edge the gang life of Korea was not lively enough any more. Luckily Ilyo got a message from a contact in America, the message explained a family in New York affiliated with organized crime in lack of help. Ilyo found it was time to join the big leauges. Ilyo then left for New York, to help the Graziano Family.
RP Sample: Ilyo sighed looking through the scope of his CheyTac Long Range Rifle, looking into the fifth floor window of the Samsung corperate building, from the roof of a near by building. Ilyo looked up from the scope looking across the street at a building about 300 meters from. The building was about the same height as he was at... Looking at the flag on top of the building... Ilyo then looked back at through the scope into the building The target is aproximetly one thousand eight hundred meters away... The angle of depression is about thirty feet... and the wind is blowing west Ilyo thought to him self as he saw the men walk in for the meeting, Ilyo's Target was Yilun Yang a chinese national, trying to partner with with Samsung... This would decrease Samsungs stock which is why Ilyo was on this roof top today... Ilyo aimed the rifle a bit left and above Yilun's head the cross hairs barely on the upper corne of Yilun's head a silent "Ding" then rang from Ilyo's wrist meaning the meeting would be comenseing in about thirty seconds Yilun was the only one in the room except his two handlers. Ilyo wished for Yilun to be shot the exact second the others were to walk in. Ilyo then waited fifteen seconds counting silently to him self... "Bang..." Ilyo said as he squeezed the trigger, as the Samsung associates walked into the room.
