This was the time Serafina had waited for all week. She’d dropped GianCarlo off for school and then drove her car only to park it far away from her destination.
Wrapping a scarf around her head and dawning sunglasses, she left the car parked in a parking garage and walked the fifteen minutes to Lucianos penthouse.
As she walked along, she kept looking behind her, scared of Giovanni and his men. If she got caught sneaking to Lucianos house like this, it would most definitely mean death. Little did she know it meant danger of another kind…

He walked on the other side of the street in a pair of jeans and a dark blue polo and a red faded baseball cap pulled down low. Behind dark glasses he watched Don DiLeonardo's wife walking to her lover's home. This job had already been on his desk for two weeks. Two weeks of watching and learning everything about the target that he possibly could. She was beautiful, that was for sure, thats what made it so hard. He had never had a job involving a women, it was always men...and this wasn't even a hit, she was to be kidnapped. He bought a paper on the corner and was currently looking down at the movie times as he was also discreetly keeping an eye on her. His car was parked a few blocks south, unlocked and keys in the ignition. He made his move to the other side of the street as soon as the crosswalk changed, moving closer to the mark.

Serafina walked briskly, but when she glanced back to see the man in the red hat had crossed the street to walk behind her she picked up the pace a bit, her high heels clip clopping on the side walk as she tried not to panic.
Inwardly, she decided to circle Lucianos block once, just to make sure Giovannis men wernt tailing her...

He knew the area well and turned into one of the buildings behind the one she was originally going to enter. He knew that she had seen him and so when he came around the other side of the building he removed his hat and threw it on the ground as he made his way through the service entrance. He took his gun from his waistband and took it off safety, he didn't think he was gonna have to use Gladys but it was nice to have her ready if needed. He walked around from behind the building and waited around the other side with the gun inside of the newspaper.

Walking past Lucianos place, she turned the corner and glanced back as she did, seeing the man in the had was gone.
“Thank god…” She breathed as she continued around the corner. As she walked, she spotted another man with a newspaper, but she didn’t think twice before heading towards him, intending to walk past him, turn the corner, and soon enough be in the arms she craved…

As Dileonardo's wife walked past him he grabbed her by the elbow and took a step in front of her. "Miss I'm gonna need you to come with me." He told her as he let the paper open just enough to show her the gun and then closed it again. He didn't care if she could see his face, that wasn't important to him. He was under strict instructions by his employer.

Serafina yelped when she felt someone grab her and instinctivly pulled back, she looked down to see the gun and felt her heart go up into her throat before she thought that this man must be working for her husband and was just trying to scare her.
"Let go of me!" She snapped, pulling again, "My husband would kill you if he knew you grabbed me like this! Whatever he's paying you i'll double it!"

He held his grip on her tightly as he shook his head, "Your gonna walk straight to the passanger side of that black truck at the end of the block car and not make another sound, understand. I have no problem with shooting you" He said in his thick accent. When it came to work he was very strict and didn't pay much mind to what the mark was saying. They could beg and plead and try to make deals all they wanted, he paid them no mind.

His grip on her arm and tone made her heart stop and she paled as she stared at him. He wasnt one of her husbands men. And if that was the case... then she was in real trouble...
"Who... are you?" She asked, her voice trembling as she stood as stiff and still as a deer in headlights. There was no way in hell she wanted to go get into that truck, but she didnt want to get shot either.
"Please...I have babies at home... let me go..." She started to whimper, prepared to beg if she needed to. She thought of her children first and formost and what would happen if something happened to her...

"Were walking now." He said as he pulled her down the block to the truck. He tried to do it as discreetly as possible, he didn't like attention on him at all. Whether it be by people who were close to him, or those who were after him. He had killed men who groveled about having kids, even those who went as far as tell him they had terminally sick children at home.

Serafina cried out in a whimper, her hands raising up to fists near her chest as she stiffly tottered beside him to the truck, not struggling to hard, but making it a little more difficult for him than he probably wanted.
As she walked, her mind reeled with any way she could get away. She didn’t dare scream, although her eyes looked back in the direction of Lucianos place, inwardly praying he might be seeing this.
As she walked, she dropped her purse, its contents scattering on the sidewalk and some of it rolling into the gutter…

He pulled her along and opened the driver's side pushing her in and across the seats of the pick up truck. He got in and locked the doors as he started up the truck. He put the gun on his lap as he slipped on his sun glasses and pulled out of the parking spot. He was taking her to the bar, he had an apartment above it down in hell's kitchen and for now, thats where he was going to keep her.

Serafina whimpered and started to cry when he shoved her. She slowly put on her seat belt just incase. The tears rolled down her face as she watched out the window, trying to remember the way he was taking her incase she got a chance to get to a phone...

"Listen lady stop your crying okay..I don't do well with crying." He said looking over to her and pulling a packages of tissues from the center console and tossed them to her. He shook his head as he pulled a pair of blinder glasses out of his side door pocket and waiting for the stop light before he turned to her and told her to put them on. They covered the front and side of her vision to black out her vision. They were usually used for sun sensitive eyes, but he found that they came in handy for other things.

Serafina didnt say anything, slowly taking a tissue and wipeing at her eyes. She sniffed, but didnt calm. She looked at him again before she took the glasses and put them on. She couldnt see anything and she knew for sure know that he intended to kidnap her...
