The Meeting (Rios/Ashleigh)

[Rios Schelentzy]

Rios had walked through the streets of Hell's KItchen, untill he met a park. He'd been advised to go there, and kill a man. Rios spotted a girl, possibly eighteen. And on the roundabout, a boy. Twenty years of age. He was holding a Desert Eagle. From what it looked like he was threatning the girl. Rios crouched, and moved towards a bench nearby the park. He pulled out a Magnum, the timing was needed in this one. He rose his head, and his gun above the bench, and fired a bullet into the boy's head. His reaction was shooting his gun as he fell.

Rios ran over to the girl. To check if she was ok.

Ashleigh was bruised up like he had beat the shit our of her. Everyone thought she turned tricks and was a prostitute. But she wasn't she was a dealer and a meth user. Once the man was shot she sat on a bench. Her face looked like some one used it for a punching bag. She had bruiese all over her. Ashleigh tried to hide them but she couldn't. They were to obvious. She saw Rios and with soft words she said "Thanks" Ashleigh didn't say another word because she didn't quite know this man. The only people she associated with are the Provenzano.

Rios sat next to her on the bench. "Jeez, your roughed up? What happened to you?" Rios asked. He was worried. How did she get these bruises? God. There was so many. And she was a pretty girl aswell. It was a shame. Such a young girl, such a pretty face. Waisted. Because of being beaten. He gave her a smile of sympathy.

Ashleigh didn't want to say. She was such a nice girl. She pulled down the sleeves of her hoodie to cover up the bruises on her arms. She pulled her long hair back into a pony tail. Ashleigh figured he was nice so she would tell him. The tears welled up in her eyes as she spoke "So many people in this world think a girl that lives on the streets and live for the high of crystal meth turns tricks. They all think that I am prostitue. but when they find out i'm that decide to take their fustrations out and beat me near death and rape me. That is how it has always been and always will i guess." Ashleigh didn't say another word. She was completely was in tears. Her life was so rough and it always has been. She had been used to the beating the crystal meth just numbed it all. Ashleigh just sat there she thought why did he care.

Rios put a arm round her in a friendly way. "I understand, if your on the streets, I can give you a room to stay in" Rios asked. He was using his manners infront of this, pretty and nice girl. She seemed sweet. And he liked that. Rios thought about what it would be like if she livbed in his mansion. HE would at least have company. And someone to talk with. And her problems would keep him occupied.

She thought to her self why are you trying to help me. but from her mouth she said. "I would love to but I wouldn't want to empose on you. Let alone have my life stlye effect yours." She wanted to stay with him but it was to much. She didn't know him or his ways. She wiped her tears. All she wanted was a real home but that was never going to happen. She grabbed her purse and grabbed her mirror. She grabbed some cover up to try and make the bruises look better. But there was no hiding them. They were there for a good while.

Rios cuddled up to her, as the breeze swept through. It was getting cold. "You wouldn't empose on me. I haven't got anyone else living with me, and i'd love to have you stay. You need a home. What's your name may I ask?" Rios answered politely, as he looked at her face. She was very polite and sweet. He loved cuddling her.

She smelled his cologne. She was in heaven it was the same her father wore. She looked at him with her bright eyes. Ashleigh looked at him and said "Ashleigh but people on the streets call me Cherry." Ashleigh laid her head on his shoulder it was nice to have someone care. She smiled a bit but it hurt so she kept her face straight. "Thank you so much . You are the nicest man in new york. Whats your name." She said as she looke up to him

Rios smiled as she laid her head on his shoulder. She ran a finger on her cheek. "What a lovely name, for such a pretty girl" He smiled warmly. Rios felt her warm body touch his. It was a good feeling. She felt like a close friend already. "That's sweet of you to say so. And you must be the prettiest girl in the entire world. My name is Rios" he smiled, speaking in a gentle tone.

Ashleigh let out a sigh of relief. She sits up and grabs a lighter from her pocket. Ashleigh pulled her crack pipe from the sleeve of her hoodie. She put it to he mouth and lit the rock. She took a puff it was a way to kill her pain. Ashleigh finishes smoking the tiny rock. She put the stuff back into her purse. She now felt numb and she laid her head back on his shoulder not saying a word becuase her body was numb and she didn't know what to say because she felt very wierd.

Rios leaned closer to her and whispered in her ear. "Why are you doing that? Your such a pretty girl.. Why are you wasting your time on drugs!" he admitted. He thought she was very pretty and sweet. And someone like her shouldn't be using those kinds of drugs. Rios wrapped his other arm around her. HE loved cuddling her. She was so sweet.

She looked at him then down at the ground. She admitted to him " Drugs are all I have ever known. I tried to quit several times but I can't. Plus I never had a real reason too either." She knew the ice had her hooked real bad. she wanted help. but no one would help a girl who did ice and looked like a prostitute cause she lived in the streets. She stood up and stretched a bit. "So where is your place at? I wanna get outta this place." Ashleigh said as she looked around the park.

Rios smiled at her. "I can help you.. Get off it if you want?" Rios asked. He rested his head on her warm hair. They were huddled together. "It's a mansion, I called it 'The Lion's Pride' in Brooklyn, loadsa food, a gym, and loads of bedrooms" Rios winked at her. Knowing she probably didn't expect that. It would be a real change. From living on the streets. To living in a huge mansion. "Has anyone told you how beautiful you are?" Rios asked. He had too. He was just like that, she was sweet, cute, and polite.

Ashleigh smirked and shook her head. so many mad had used that line on her. She was use to it by now. but at this moment she didn't care. She loved the compliments. " Thank you Rios that is so sweet of you. I would love to get off this stuff." She said as she scratched her arm. She was use to the streets. She was never use to a real home. Let alone a mansion. Ashleigh was shocked about the mansion.

He felt the warmth of her body touch his. He'd never liked someone so quickly. She was perfect. He nuzzled her head, he admired her. "Nothing is too good for you, a cute girl like you deserves it" Rios smiled. He snuggled up to her like a boy with a teddy. "I've never met anyone like you.. I just, I really like you.." Rios spoke. He was speaking the truth. He so wanted to be closer to her.
