An unexpected visitor (Arc/Rios/Rosa?FBI?)

[Arcangelo Solo]

Arcangelo sat in the sofa in his living room drinking some scotch and listening some classical music. Frank had taken Rosa and Isabella to the city to do some shopping and the house was empty. Sun was bright in the sky and a breeze of wind came trough the open balcony window. In the distance he heard the sound of many sirens going trough the city, something was going on. Arcangelo didn't mind he had got used to the sound of police cars during his time in New York. Arcangelo waved his hand in the air like he was leading an orchestra and took some more scotch. He leaned back and relaxed by closing his eyes.

Rios ran through the corridors. This son of a bitch had influenced his true love into leaving him. He was wearing a set of orange clothes, convict clothes. He had ben put in house arrest. But he escaped, to do this. The sensor was beeping on his ankle, telling him that the FBI wern't too far behind him. He saw the expensive door to the penthouse. Rios was carrying a Automatic Shotgun, and he aimed it at the door. Rios sent several bullets from the barrel into the hinges untill it fell. Rios shot several bullets into the glass that surrouded the penthouse. And he saw the man. "YOU TOOK MY ONY LOVE AWAY FROM ME!" he yelled, the tears appearing in his eyes. Aiming his sotgun at him.

Arcangelo stood up when he heard the first shot and turned to the door. A young man dressed in to the convict clothes came in with a shotgun firing few shots in to the glas. "Just a matter of time, I suppose" Arcangelo said with his one hand in his pocket. He pressed quick dial on his phone and dialed Frank. He knew who this man was from the way he came in, this had to be Rosalinas boyfriend. What a fool, he thought. Did he really think that he could away with this, though Arcangelo didn't really care. "You have done that yourself" Arcangelo said and drank the rest of his scotch. He knew how to handle people and even though he was old he still knew how to defend himself, after all he had been in prison.

Rios made a small pace towards him. A small frown on his face, as he noded slowly. He sent a round into the glass, but it didn't hit Arc. You Heartless old man... I've lost anyone close to me, I loved her! I was even prepared to leave the Mafia! I'm going to get my revenge.. And then I wil disappear, I will kill myself you thug, yes I know, Great Don of the Mafia. You got a chance of normal life! WHY CAN'T I?" he yelled, at the top of his voice. Putting his finger on the trigger. He was ready to shoot the fool, what a snob.

The guy was totally lost it. "You should have thought that before you chose your way of life" Arcangelo said. "You can't never leave the mafia behind, once you get in to that life there is no way out, except death" he continued. He knew that from an experience his whole family had been killed because of the mafia even though he wasn't even part of it. This guy had gotten some wrong information if he thought that Arcangelo was a Don, he never had been and would never be, he had made that promise to his first wife. "I am NO Don!" he shouted. Arcangelo put the scotch glass on the table. He read the guys body language, it seemed that he felt like being cornered. Arcangelo sighed. "I had nothing to do with Rosalina's decision" he said.

Rios could se he was telling the truth. From what he could tell. He threw his shotgun on the ground and walked towards the balcony and sat on the ledge. Ready to end what was holding him back. Life. He gaze down towards the agents storming the building. Rios closed his eyes, and felt the wind touch his skin. Cooling him down.

You see Frank trying to keep Rosa from going in. The cops and fbi had had surrounded the penthouse. She had no ideal what had gone down. She was working all day and had no clue. Isabella was with her. Frank keeps insisting that Isabella and her go to a hotel. Rosalina pushes her way through the door. She leaves Isabella with one of the neighbors in the complex. They had a daughter Isabella's age. She didn't want whatever was going down to impact her daughters life. Rosa kissed her head and then made her way with frank still telling her it is not safe it was for her. She finally snapped as she got into the penthouse. She yelled "WILL YOU SHUT THE HELL UP? GEEZ I HAVE HAD A HARD DAY AT WORK. I AM TIRED AND WHATEVER SHIT IS GOING ON I CAN HANDLE. GEEZ" She walks in and see Rios sitting on the balcony. She slaps her forehead and thinks you idiot.

Suddenly the guy dropped the shotgun and just walked past him on to the balcony. He sat on the ledge. What the heck was going on in his mind. "You might want to think what you are doing first" Arcangelo said and walked towards him. He stopped at the balcony door. "It's not worth it" he said. Arcangelo heard the sirens, the FBI was here it was only a matter of time before Frank was too. Arcangelo turned around when he heard noices from the corridor. It was Rosalina and Frank.

Rios could hear the man behind him. He didn't know Rosa was there. "She was the only thing in life I cared about, something I felt that could work" He turned his head, and opened his eyes. Revealing his bloodshot eyes. His greasy hair in a mess, and a fuzzy beard on his chin. He looked a mess. He hadn't eaten in days, and refused to drink. And he couldn't sleep. His head hurt, he couldn't concentrate to well. He moved himself, and jumped back on the balcony. His hunger overwhelmed him. He was tired, and hungry. He fell down suddenly.

Luckily for Rios he fell backwards on to the balcony. Rosa rushed to the balcony. Good for him she was in her scrubs and had her bag with her that had all her medical stuff with her. She quickly checked his pulse and breathing. He was very lightly breathing. She screams down to the EMTs what she needs. Surprisingly enough the EMTs heard her. They rushed up to the penthouse with a gurney and all the stuff she asked for. With help they got Rios on to the gurney. She stuck him with an needle then placed an IV in. This would get some fluids to his body which he so desperately needed. Rosa shook her head as she grabbed a vile. It was something to help him sleep. Rosa wanted him to get a nights sleep so he can think of what he had done. She signed off on some papers as she watched the emts get his information.

Rios dreamt about Rosa. He dreamt of how he and her never broke up. He woke up a few hours later, his eyes the normal colour, and his skinny figure replaced with his usual muscular one. He sat up slowly. He looked a Rosa, and then to Arc. He didn't know what to say. "I'm sorry Arc, for damaging your doornand threatning you. You can take this" Rios shakily gave him a wad of cash. Enough to buy a mansion. "Please don't let them get me Rosa! You can't!" Rios stood up as he spoke. He was still a little shaken by his dramatic dumping.

Rosa was asleep in a chair as she watched him. She woke up to his voice. She looked at him and he was back to normal. The FBI was still watching the home. Rosa made it seem like he was going to the hospital. "Look I can't keep you here Rios. But I they don't know where my apartment is. Take my keys and take my car." She tossed him a set of keys to her car and the apartment. She walked closer to him to check his vitals. She wanted to make sure he was okay. All he had was a bump on the head. She smiles and said " i am sorry it is like this. I didn't want to hurt you. I am just torn between a lot. My life has been turned around and we rushed it. But I would love to be friends if u allowed it."

Rios felt a dagger run through his heart. After all he had done. But if it was what she wanted, then he would have to do it. "Oka-ay.." Rios could only make that out. He took the keys his eyes sad, but he tried to hold back the tears and the sadness. He felt like he had lost another love, without it even starting. He walked out slowly, till he thought he was out of reach from her ears he started sobbing. He still loved her. And he had been dumped harshly, leaving him distraught. And he got in the car, and drove it not to Rosa's place. But the FBI Headquaters. And he turned himself in.
