Personality: Unlike the rest of his family, Lepke is a womanizer and could never see himself settling down with anybody. He enjoys the Bachelor lifestyle to much. Lepke is also a quiet, and curteous man perhaps because of the lessons he took to heart from his Rabbi. He tends to be a workaholic and is rarely ever home long enough to do anything more than sleep and eat. Despite this, he loves his lifestyle and doesn't want anything about it to change.
Appearence: Lepke is above average in height, at around 6' 3" tall and has dark brown hair and green eyes. He usually keeps his face clean shaven, but can occasionally be seen with stubble. He is broad shouldered and muscular, from his constant trip to the gym to keep in shape. For clothing, he likes designer suits and Gucci sunglasses, but when he feels the need to dress comfortably, it is usually in a faded band t-shirt, old faded jeans, and some black or white Converse.
Background:
Lepke Isaac Abraham Buchalter was born to Othodox Jewish Parents, Dr. Gideon Buchalter, a heart surgeon, and Abigail Buchalter (nee Goldfarb), a Registered Nurse. Lepke was their only child, for they only ever wanted a single child. Lepke grew up in a Jewish community and when he was thirteen, he had his Bar Mitzvah. It was one of the proudest moments in his life. When Lepke was sixteen, he enrolled in an after-school program with the NYPD, because after seeing a woman mugged and not calling the Police, he experienced first hand the "Kitty Genovese Syndrome." After the mugging, he wanted to be part of the NYPD to serve and protect even those who are attacked but people act like Lepke did and don't call the police.
By the time Lepke was eighteen, he had graduated from High School and after a one night stand with his girlfriend, Elizabeth Rothstein, Lepke dumped her and never saw her again after that. Then, after debating between college and the NYPD, the Straight A student. The child who his parents hoped would enter the Medical field, suprised the whole Buchalter family when he entered the NYPD Police Academy. Lepke graduated a year later with the highest honors. It was around this time, where he had a one night stand with a stripper named Victoria Santini. Just like with Elizabeth, he never saw Victoria again and never knew he fathered a child.
After serving about nine years on street patrol, Lepke was given his shield and was made a Junior Detective with the 23rd Precinct's Major Case Division. Not too long after this, Lepke had another one night stand that resulted in him fathering a child. This one was with a leggy waitress named Julianne Klein. After their night together, Lepke hasn't seen her since. Lepke is now a Senior Detective with the 23rd Precinct's Major Case Squad, and is hoping to bring down Organized Crime once and for all.

Lepke sat behind his desk at the Precinct, shifting through a file about a murdered drug dealer. He groaned, it was already well past nine o' clock. He promised a blonde bombshell at the local club that he would call her at nine, but it appeared he missed his deadline. Lepke smiled when his gorgeous partner, a woman named Samantha Marks, bent down to pick up some papers. She was in a tight skirt that suited her well. When Samantha turned around, Lepke quickly reverted his eyes and returned to the file. Man was shot six times in the chest...God doesn't Samantha look good?....Last known adress was a known Queens Crack House...I wonder if Samantha would go out with me?...Suspect is a man named Franklin Dmros a heroin dealer from Eastern Europe....Samantha looks so good in that skirt. Finally, he built up enough courage and dropping the file on his desk turned to Samantha and said "Wanna go out with me?"
