It was supposed to be an important day. Serafina had made sure every last detail of the day she and Giovanni renewed their vows would be perfect. There was just one little problem.
While she was supposed to be getting ready, She had her head practically in a toilet puking her guts up. She hadn’t gotten this sick with the other boys, but for some reason her morning sickness this pregnancy was terrible.
Luckily, Giovanni hadn’t been around enough to notice. They’d both been busy, what with Serafinas having to go down town to see an FBI agent and also planning the celebration.
After finishing the puke fest, she sat up slowly and tried to make the room stop spinning. In less than an hour the people outside by the pool would be ready for the wife to emerge. And she had to look stunning…

Giovanni sat by the pool with his brother Adriano, and his uncle Enrico "Il Papa" DiLeonardo, the Don of Castellammare del Golfo, who had flown in and was under heavy guard by conviently hidden Sicilian mobsters. They were smoking large Cuban cigars and Giovanni was conversing in Italian with them, and playing the host at the same time. He had on his dark tuxedo and he looked good, he thought. He hoped Serafina was fine, he hadn't seen her the past couple days as he had been busy. His mind wasn't on Serafina, no, it was on that pretty blonde dancer at his club, The Prince's Folly. He hoped nobody would ever find out about them.

Here Comes the Bride (this is the dress) Finally, she was ready. Holding a bouquet of white roses and accompanied by her sons, Serafina cleared her throat and nervously waited for the music to announce her coming down the isle. When it finally did, she heard the sound of all the guests rise and, to the music of Pachelbel's Canon she walked down the isle. At the far end she could see her husband and she smiled brightly. He looked handsomer than ever, and she felt her heart flutter. She had no idea that he was seeing another woman. If she had she would be crushed. Especially since she carried his child…

Giovanni smiled as he saw Serafina coming down the aisle, and he motioned for his uncle Enrico to take a picture to take back to the DiLeonardos in Sicily. Giovanni stood up straight and fiddled with the read rose in his lapel, thinking she was beautiful.

Raul had been at the wedding since the start, keeping watch over everything. The Zips that were present were definitely not a bunch to be messed with, and they were probably enough by themselves to deter anyone thinking of making any trouble at the wedding, but Raul still liked to have security at its tightest for his old friend. Recently he'd been hearing rumours, the tiniest of whispers on the grape vine that trouble was brewing in the air, even more so than it was already. He wondered if he was just being paranoid...
Dressed in a tux, even with a bow-tie that he greatly disliked wearing, he stood in the background of the scene. It was going to be a beautiful ceremony, that was for sure, and Raul was happy that Giovanni and Serafina were hopefully going to strengthen their bond. For a brief moment, Raul wished he had that himself, but it was nothing but a brief moment.
When the music sounded, Raul joined the ceremony a little closer. For some reason, he didn't feel right. With all the Sicilians around, he felt nothing more than a Spanish underdog. Still, he was going to be happy, and enjoy the wedding when it got underway.

Kristin was a guest to the vow renewal as well. When she received the invite, she would normally have thought it was nice but sent flowers or a gift. But the thought of seeing the Spaniard from her office again made her reconsider.
Dressed in a sea foam green dress that cut off above the knew and tied up behind her neck. She wore her hair down and over one shoulder. She sat amid the guests, watching the ceremony...
