Vittorio Esposito's Townhouse
Location: Atlantic City, NJ
Type of House: Townhouse
Owner of House: Vittorio Esposito
Occupants: Vittorio Esposito, one butler and one maid (they are a husband and wife team), four bodyguards
Description:
It is a fairly standard looking townhouse done up in the Greco-Roman style. The basement consists of a bedroom and bathroom for Vittorio's butler and maid, a shared bedroom (two sets of bunk beds) for his four bodyguards and bathroom, a small, but modern and strongly reinforced panic room and small arsenal of weaponry. The main floor consists of a modern kitchen, dining room and a half-bathroom. The second floor consists of a family/living room (which hosts a complete surround sound entertainment center and a mini-bar), a conference room and a half-bathroom. The third floor consists of the master suite (bedroom and bathroom), Vittorio's office and two small guestrooms (one double bed in each guestroom) and a share full bathroom. On the main floor, behind the house proper, is a patio, including a jacuzzi and grill station. The house is luxuriously appointed in a Victorian style, but it is also completely modernized, including wireless high-speed internet and digital cable.
Despite its appearance, the house is extremely well guarded. Besides the four bodyguards in residence, there are over two dozen guards who have rented rooms in surrounding building, usually under assumed names and paying in cash--many of these guards are female and/or young-looking so as to allow appearances of various families moving in. Every window in the house is five inches thick and made of a special plexan glass that is shatter-proof, bullet-proof and bomb-resistant. All walls and doors, both exterior and interior have been internally reinforced with titanium bars. A top-notch security system has been installed by a security company owned as a front by the Esposito Family. The alarm system has one control panel on each floor, as well as a control panel in the master bedroom, master bathroom and Vittorio's office. Every 30 minutes (15 minutes during the nighttime hours), a patrol car belonging to this security company and carrying four guards drives by. During the nighttime hours, an unmarked armored van, containing two guards and top-notch surveillance equipment, remains parked across the street from the townhouse.
