"If it means you'll have a drink with me afterwards then you can call this my new personal booth." He said with a smirk as he took another drink of his scotch, " Do you want another drink?" He asked her as he looked around to see which way the waitress had went. If she was dancing every night he would be there for sure, what else did he have do to?

"No, I have class in the morning," she said in reply. She really did have class in the morning and it time for her to present her portfolio from the year. She stretched out her arms for a moment, popping things back into place. "I don't do well with large amounts of alcohol anyways," she confessed, amazingly. She leaned forward again, her arms resting in her lap.

"None of us do, we just think were indestructible when we've kicked enough back." He said, he was a good at judging if people drunk or not based on the amount of times they said they weren't drunk. He knew that within the next three glasses of whatever he was drinking he was gonna be feeling mighty good. Luciano moved closer into the booth and away from the edge of his seat, "So besides being here for work and the whole photography gig, what else do you do for fun?" He asked her.

Syrina nodded and then awnsered, "I blast the music in my apartment and dance around like a crazy woman, annoying the hell out of my neighbors and sleep. Why?" She watched him scoot into the booth a bit. She looked around and then sat up straight, her hands in her lap. "So what do you do for fun when you're not working or drinking?" she asked, a smile still present on her lips.

"I don't get free time, i'm always on the clock when it comes to work." He told her, which was true. With the line of work he was in he didn't get much time to himself or time to sleep. On average he would get three hours to himself if he was lucky, and most of that time was spent sleeping or showering. "When I used to have a life, I used to box or spend a lot of time at the movies really late at night." He added.

Syrina looked at him for a moment, "Movies are pretty great. I am always seeing one on the weekend, even if it is one I've already seen. You still have a life, just a different road than before." She had her funny little ways of making people feel better, even if it made her feel worse about her choices but, that didn't matter much anymore.

"In a way I guess your right, it just didn't turn out the way I thought it would...Sometimes it feels like its moving way to fast and I can't really control it. I just wish once in awhile I could relax and not have to worry about....work." He told her as he finished his scotch. He was the type of guy who would explain whats on his mind to the right people but never under any circumstance talk about work unless it was with someone involved.

Syrina nodded, "Well if you have time I will be more than willing to hang out with you. I could use a break from my everyday routine." She slid into the booth a little more, rest her arms on the table. She watched him for a moment before looking around for a clock. She needed to leave if was getting late, she did have to be up early.
** sorry, it is kind of short.

"I think i'd like that a whole lot." He told her with a smile, as he turned his gaze back down to the glass in front of him. What he was doing was something he thought he would never do. To try and get close to another woman who wasn't his wife was something he never thought that he'd take part in. "Are you free saturday evening?" He asked her.

"Actually," she said, pausing for a moment, "I do. I think I scheduled it off." She smiled and looked around for the waitress. She caught her walking back towards the bar. She asked for another drink but, nothing to strong. She really didn't want to wake up with a hangover the next morning. She smiled and then dropped her arms into her lap and sighed, it had been a long day... like always.

"Good, cause I'd love to take you out." He told her with a smile as he leaned back against the leather seat. "That is of course, if you wanna go." He added as he picked up his glass of scotch and to a few sips of it.
(Sorry about the shortness)

Syrina smiled, "I'd like that." She sat straight in the booth waiting for her drink. She watched Luc with her brilliant blue eyes that seemed to betray her at times. She recieved her drink and paid for it, shortly afterward. She took a sip of the amber liquid, savoring the flavor. "So what is it you do exactly for your family?" she asked, just trying to think of things to talk about.
