Raul's smile faded at her comment, but it was true. He hadn't left his number for two reasons, and he wasn't about to tell her either of them: number one, he reserved his number for people he could absolutely trust one hundred percent, and two, he didn't think she wanted it. The Spaniard soon kicked back a little and rested a foot on the coffee table with a relaxed sigh.
"I thought a bit about you, actually" he said, looking toward the view the huge window offered and another smirk crept in " I was starting to hope GianCarlo would get into trouble again.... Si, I'm a bad, bad person". He hoped to lighten the mood a little with his joking around, after he had destroyed it some minutes earlier. After that, he brought the mug to his lips for a sip.

Kristen looked up at him suddenly when he said he had thought about her. That was hopeful. And then what he went on to say made her grin brightly and she laughed and looked down.
"I cant say I didnt feel the same way... but GianCarlo actually did very well after that, and then the school year ended and... well..." She shrugged and drummed her fingers on the coffee mug. "This is very good by the way. Thanks." She indicated the coffee...

Her grin made his own smile grow wider, but it was covered by the coffee mug. When she complimented about the coffee, he made an 'mmm' sound and nodded his head, taking the mug from his lips to speak "One thing the Spanish know is how to make coffee..." he explained, thinking back to how he used to live in his home country as a child, his smile continuing.
"So, did you spoil yourself?" he asked, motioning toward her shopping bags. Not that it was his business, but still...

Kristen flushed, "I can believe that. You're very good at... well... everything i've experienced..." She glanced up at him, knowing he'd catch her meaning befores she looked down at the bags at her feet.
"Ooh... its just a few different things..." All it being skanky stuff she could wear out and a view pieces of lingurie. It was her secret fedish....

Raul lifted the mug up again, but paused half way after hearing her words. The Spaniard knew she didn't know the real him, and he sucked at many, many things, but he simply took the compliment with half a smile.
"I see..." he said, placing his mug down on the coffee table, leaning back in the chair and putting his arm across the back " You've surprised me... normally women are a lot more enthusiastic when it comes to talking about their shopping sprees".

Kristen put her cup down as well and rubbed a little awkwardy at her wrist. "Well i'm not like most other women." She tried to sound sexy but she didnt feel too confident at all. She cleared her throat and looked around again, avoiding his eyes.
Maybe it was time for her to go...

Raul narrowed his eyes slightly, noticing how she acted awkwardly and looked around. "You're right, you're not" he agreed, seizing the chance to whisper in her ear when she wasn't looking in his direction "And that... is a very... very good thing...". For a moment, he wondered why she was being somewhat shy. She acted the same when they had their run-in at the office... but this was different.

Kristen turned her face back to him to see that they were sitting very very close together. She had even felt his breath on her ear when he whispered to her. She swollowed, captivated by him all over again...
On an impulse, she suddenly leaned forward to press a kiss to the side of his mouth and almost instantly pulled back.
"Sorry." She said bighting her lower lip and shutting her eyes tight, "I shouldnt have done that. You dont need anymore... problems in your life." She started to collect up her bags.
"I should go. Thanks for the coffee..."
She didnt want to leave, but what other option did she have? He didnt need a clingy woman in his life...

When the kiss was snatched away from him, Raul wasn't impressed. He pushed his tongue into his cheek and looked at the floor for a moment, before turning his attention back to her as she made to leave. "I'm a big boy... I can take care of my problems" he commented, hoping to convince her to stay, she'd only just gotten him to take his mind off of his problems "... I'd rather have you stay... but if you insist... at least... let me give you my number first?". The Spaniard was a little hesitant in what he said, but he said it sincerely. He didn't want to have to go looking for her, that was a pain in the ass.

Kristen looked up at him and then smiled brightly, "I'll stay... I just didnt want to stay if... you didnt... want me to... I guess...." Her words trailed off and she knew she sounded so unattractive...
Shaking her head she cleared her throat again. "Sorry. I just get nervous when I havnt had a few drinks and i'm near anyone older than twelve..." She laughed, trying to turn it into a joke even though it was true.

Raul was relieved when he heard she would stay, and got up off the couch. The uncertainty and shyness in her voice was obvious, and it was a little refreshing. It was different compared to the other women he was usually involved in - they were loud-mouthed, drunk and too horny for their own good. That's what he had gotten used to living this life, but still, there was something about this principal that had him hooked, it was odd.
"If its a drink you want... I have plenty on offer besides coffe..." he explained with an arched brow, though it was hard not to make that sound awkward itself. He didn't solely want to get her drunk, but if it made her feel more comfortable, he wasn't going to object.

"Oh no thanks." Kristen said with a smile, "I'm trying to cut back. Bad things seem to happen when I get drunk." She cleared her throat and shifted a little, remembering the night with none other than Giovanni DiLeonardo himself.
She smiled over at him then and leaned over, making her red hair fall forward, "But dont let me stop you if you want something."

Raul gave a shrug. At least he wasn't going to be left by himself going nuts, and that was a little bit of a silver lining. "Bad things, huh?" he commented with a smirk but wasn't going to go deeper into it, everyone did fucked up things when they were drunk, Raul was no exception. " A drink by myself? Nah... that is a little boring...".
The Spaniard outstretched a hand and pushed the hairs from her face and behind an ear. He figured it would only make her uncomfortable again, so he tucked his hand into his pocket after that and headed for the large window. Even though he'd woken up to the view hundreds of times already, it still caught his attention and amazed him.

Kristen actually calmed a little when he touched her, and she stared up at him, wanting him to kiss her and take her all over again when he turned away to walk over to the window.
She slowly followed him, looking at the view from behind him. "Its a nice view here... how much does it cost for a place like this?"
Her place was nice, but not this nice...

Raul continued to look out of the window at the city below, but he heard her approaching from behind. He smirked at the question, and it took him a moment to answer. " That all depends..." he said, now turning to face her "On who you know". The place cost him nothing initially, he acquired it off an old client.
Taking a few steps, he circled her a for a few moment until he stopped. Standing directly behind her, he wrapped his arms around her waist and leaned his chin on her shoulder, breathing against her neck and toward her ear once more. "But there are things far more beautiful than the view, that money can't buy" he said before gauging her reaction.
