He wanted to say that she wasnt a fool by saying that but just couldnt. He just sat there and watch her to leave. When she had left Nicodemo leaned back. "She must think i am a complete idiot" he said out loud. You stupid idiot why couldn't you say it to her?, he said to himself. He had to do something or he might hurt her feelings and that was something he didn't want to. He finished his drink to gain some courage.

Then Ashleigh came back, Nicodemo sighed in relief "I...you must think i am an idiot" Nicodemo started. "I just couldn't get a word out of my mouth, i was completely frozen. It is not your fault because..." Nicodemo kept a small pause. "Ashleigh, i have held this back too long but i love you" he finished. He hoped that this was what she had hoped for.

Her face lit up with a smile. Those were the words she wanted to hear. They never sounded so sweet. Ashleigh had never been in love before so this was her first love. Ashleigh's face lit up like a little kid on christmas. She kissed him very passionately. ashleigh pulls back from the kiss and says very softly " thoses are the word I have wanted to hear for so ling" Ashleigh didn't think her had the guts to do it. She knew he was the strong silent type most of the time. Now she didn't know what this meant but they truely loved each other. At theast that is what she had hoped.

Nicodemo stared at her. She looked so happy and bright. He smiled to her in relief. She kissed her so quickly that he didn't have a chance to do anything. After she had spoken Nicodemo moved closer to her and wrapped his arms around her. She smelled so good. "I am glad that you are happy" He said.

Ashleigh smiled as she finished her drink. She sat close to him. The two sat there talking amongst themselves not worried about the dancers. Ashleigh just smiled. This was her when she wasn't on the drugs. She was sweet kind and lovable. She was like an angel. But when she took a hit of ice meth she was completely opposite. "I love being happy. you are the reason most times I am happy." she said as she scratched his back softly

He felt her hand scratching his back. It felt good and the whole situation felt good. He didn't want it to end. He placed his hand on her leg. "That is good to hear" he said and placed a soft kiss on her lips.

After the kiss she placed her fingers to her lips. She loved his kisses and his touch. " Hey I have been meaning to ask you. Do you know of a place I can stay." Ashleigh said. She hated to ask but she was living in the streets in bus stations and stole from the super wal-mart which was open twenty four hours. She smiled and hoped he said she could stay with him. She didn't know what this would do for their relationship. She hoped it would be romance and love. She wanted to call herself his girlfriend Ashleigh also wanted him to be her man. But then she didn't want to rush it

Nicodemo thought for a second before he answered. "You can stay in my appartment in Brooklyn" he said. Nicodemo knew that he couldn't bring her to his home but he had to offer something. "Of course if you want to?" he asked while he slowly rubbed her leg.

Ashleigh hoped she would stay with him. But an apartment was good enough. She had lived on the streets for far to long. "Sure that will be great. It will get most of these mens to stop thinking a am a prostitute" Ash said as she relaxed with him. She had a cute new york accent one no man could resist. She didn't know why but everything felt so right with Nico

Nicodemo smiled. He had never thought that she was a prostitute. "Don't mind about them" Nicodemo said. "I can stay with you if you want me to?" he asked.

Ashleigh's face lit up with a smile. She wanted to be with him so bad. She nodded her head yes. Ashleigh licked her lip"I would love that. It would make me feel much safer." She said. Ashleigh loved feeling safe and knowing no one could hurt her. "Lets get out of here. I just wanna spend time with you by yourself." ashleigh said sweetly

She looked so happy to him. He was happy if she was too and smiled. He softly grapped her hand and nodded. "Yeah, let's go" Nicodemo said and stood up. He placed a soft kiss on her lips and started walking towards the exit. Ashleigh followed him closely when they both made their way outside.
