Evening in the Penthouse (Arc/Rosa)

[Arcangelo Solo]

Arcangelo sips his wine. "Yes but there are limits also, these mobsters are no good for a young girl like you" he said. He had a grand-daughter too. "What has happened, did your mobster friend do something to her?" Arcangelo said and finished his plate.

Rosalina looked disgusted. She then said " No he would never intentionally hurt her. She went to tell him to was dinner and she saw him trying to get rid of a corpse of a man that tried to kill him. " Rosa has never been this confussed in her life. She needed to do what was best for her and Isabella. She wanted to see if meeting her grandfather would get her to talk. She text the babysitter to bring issy to her. Rosa then looked at arc and said " Do you mind if the babysitter brings isabella here so you can meet her?" That wasn't the reason. She really wanted her daughter out of that house for the time being.

Rosalina started to think about going back to her old apartment. It still was furnished but the only thing was that the girls didn't have clothes there. she then thought of asking arc to let them stay there but she didn't want to impose on him.

Arcangelo stood up. "She saw what?" he asked. "Do you know what that can do to a little girl?" he said. "This boyfriend of yours doesn't seem to be a good infuelence to your daughter" Arcangelo said while he took his plate and glass in to the kitchen. When Rosalina asked about bringing Isabella there he wasn't sure how to answer. "Sure" he answered. Isabella what a lovely name. He poured in more wine. "More wine?" he asked.

"Please and thank you." she said as she watched him pour the wine. She took a sip and then said " Dad I know how bad the mafia is. But he promised me it wouldn't be this way. He swore he would never intentionally do anything to hurt her and I believe that. " Rosalia was defending her relationship because she loved Rios or so she thought. She might just love the money. She thought about it and shook her head she loved her boyfriend and her daughter but her daughter was here first.

A few minutes later a butler shows the babysitter and Isabella to where they were. Isabella seemed happy. she knew the man she heard her mom talking about that he was her grandpa. She ran to him and said Papa. It was the first words she has said all day. Rosalina pays the babysitter and takes Rosa book bag from her. She smiles at the fact that her daughter might open up to some one that isn't in Rios's house.

Arcangelo knew from experience that promises made by mafias employees couldn't be trusted. "That is what they say but the truth is much worse" he said and sips his wine. Frank, the buttler showed up with the babysitter and what appaered to be his grand-daughter. A beautyfull young girl much like her mother. "Thank you Frank" Arcangelo said. Frank nodded and left the aparament. "Is this who i think it is?" Arcangelo said and put his glass on the table.

Rosalina smiles and her daughter interact with her father. "I missed you papa." Isabella said. Rosalina told her daughter that her grandfather went on a long trip that is why he was never around. Rosalina smiles and makes a small plate of food for hew daughter so she can eat something.

Arcangelo smiles and hugs his grand daughter. "I missed you too" he said. He didn't know what her daughter had told about him but that didn't bother him. "Look at you, you are so big all ready" Arcangelo said measuring Isabella. "Do you want something to eat?" he asked.

Isabella nods and sit in a chair next to her grand father. She was a very smart five year old. Rosalina places a small plate of food in front of Rosa as well as a juice box that was in her bag. rosa kisses her daughters head and motions her father to come here. She was about to ask something she didn't want to but she knew it was best for her and her daughter.

[Arcangelo Solo]

Arcangelo looked at her grand daughter. He smiled and watched how she began to eat. He noticed how Rosalina motioned him to come to her. "Eat well now" Arcangelo said and walked to Rosalina. Arcangelo noticed that something was bothering her. "What's the matter?" He asked.

"I hate to ask this. because I don't want to impose on you. Do you mind if we stay with you? I am sorry to ask it. i have an apartment but I don't feel safe there. Because who ever is trying to kill Rios might harm isy and me." Rosa says as she bites her lip. She is very nervous about this. She didn't want to impose on him. Rosa knew he was a bacholer and this was his home. Plus she felt foolish living with her father at the age of twenty five. Then her mind raced what will they do for clues. She didn't want to go back to the house for no means. That was another thing she didn't want to ask him. but she knew she was gonna have to ask for money for clothes to wear.

He didn't mind at all, actually he was more concerned about her daughters and her childs safety. "Of course you can stay here, as long as you want" Arcangelo said. "I make Frank to do all the preparations, here you will be safe" he continued. The security of the building was top class and no one would get there without being noticed. Arcangelo was sure about that.

" There is one more thing I hate to ask you. I just started at the hospital and i don't get paid for another two week. can I borrow some money to get some clothes for me and isy and I will pay you back." Rosa said biting her finger nails. She new it was a bad habit but it was a nervous thing she did. Rosalina smiled as she saw her daughter happy for once. It was like Rio's home was gloom and destrot. being here made isabella happy.

[Arcangelo Solo]

Arcangelo smiled, he had been right from the begining. Money was what she was after. "Of course darling, of course i lend you some money" Arcangelo said and walked to the living room. He took his wallet from his jackect pocket and took his credit card. This should do it, he thought and walked back. "Here, buy what you want" he said and handed the credit card. "Also Frank is at your service if you need a driver" Arcangelo continued.

She kissed his cheek. She put the card in her wallet. Rosa said "I'll be right back dad. I am gonna run to the store and pick up a few things for us tonight." He nods and she grabs her wallet and kisses Isabellas head. " Mommy will be right back. you be nice to Papa. Okay" Rosa said. Isy's just nodded and kept eating. Rosa left for about twenty minutes. She came back with like twenty backs of stuff. the local walmart was having a sale on some stuff she knew they needed. Frank puts them in the room that Rosa and Isabella will share. Rosa smiles seeing Her father reading a story to Isy.

"But the good prince was not affraid of the evil king" Arcangelo read. "He raced accros the drawbridge fighting off hundreds of guards and then looking very handsom and dashing he leaped on to the balcony" he continued. "He raised his enchanted sword on the kings chin, 'To kill 3 innocent man just to capture me?' the prince said" Arcangelo continued. "And suddenly a mighty lighting of thunder shook the wasted land and the king glared at the prince and said...." he continued and saw Rosalina and Frank. "Did you got everything you need?" he asked.
